Shelvin Marquise Fairman, 31, was arrested Thursday on three counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, an arrest report said.
According to the report, the incident happened while the girls were attending camp at Mirror Lake Elementary.
The girl told police she found a bag of gummies in the fridge in her mom’s room and brought them to camp, and she said during snack time she ingested a few and shared them with friends, not knowing they contained THC, the report said.

Police and fire rescue responded after all three of the children became ill and had to be hospitalized.
The bag of gummies was found at the school and field tested positive for THC, the report said.
Investigators determined the bag belonged to Fairman, who left it in a “location easily accessible” for the girl, the report said.
