According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies, at around 5:38 p.m., arrived at the area of 3316 NW 38th Street after receiving reports of a shooting.

At the scene, deputies found a man who was suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was taken to the hospital, where he died.

The man was identified as 41-year-old Raul Aballe.

In the surveillance video exclusively obtained by NBC6, what appeared to be a single gunshot was heard.

Deputies said that the shooting stemmed from a dispute between Aballe and another man. During the argument, the suspect pulled out a gun and then shot Aballe and ran off.

NBC6 on Tuesday spoke with Aballe’s friend, who now wants justice.

“Please, we need to find this killer, and the gun violence needs to stop,” the friend said.

Aballe’s friend didn’t want to be identified, but said he was like a brother to her.

She told NBC6 that she was with Aballe during the incident and jumped in the middle of the two to try to break up the argument and told them to stop.

“Stop,” she said. “It’s not worth it, just stop.”

The woman said Aballe and the man who was arguing with him knew each other and had a tense relationship.
