Surveillance video captured the moment when a man started firing shots at an apartment in North Miami Beach.

De’undre Rashad Robert Turner, 35, was charged with seven counts of attempted first-degree murder.

According to authorities, on June 20, North Miami Beach Police arrived at the apartment complex after receiving reports that an apartment had been struck multiple times.

An arrest report said the apartment was struck about 10, and the apartment next to it sustained damage after bullets went into it.

Seven victims were identified, including several juveniles and a baby, with six inside the apartment that was shot at, the report said.

When officers spoke to one of the victims, he told them he was heading to catch a bus when a black pickup slowed down next to him, and a passenger accused him of trying to break into his wife’s vehicle, the report said.

The passenger, the report said, then appeared to try to get out of the car, and the victim started running away. The victim then made his way to the apartment building.

In the surveillance video, the victim was seen outside the apartment and was let inside by a friend when Turner was seen firing several shots towards the building.

Turner then fled the area.

A month after the incident, Turner was arrested.

No injuries were reported in the shooting.
