Donate goods
Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) is a disaster relief organization based in Doral. Volunteers will be packing food, bottled water, hygiene kits and medical supplies to be shipped out. Note that the organization is also emphasizing the need for monetary donations. GEM says the monetary donations are to be able to purchase supplies locally instead of shipping internationally, and get relief into the hands of those who need it faster. They are working with the Venezuelan American group We Love Foundation.
You can donate here.
Inter Miami CF, the City of Doral and GEM are partnering to collect relief at Nu Stadium every day until Friday, July 3 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. For a list of accepted donations, go here.
