Raymanda Herring, 31, was arrested Wednesday on animal cruelty charges after the boxer mix died at a home in Fort Lauderdale.
On Sunday, Herring tethered Pablo to a 6-foot fence after the dog had urinated and defecated inside the home, according to the arrest affidavit. The dog was left alone outside with no food or water for a couple days, police said. Pablo was unable to move more than about a foot or lie down from where the leash was tethered.
