Monday morning temps were in the upper 70s to low 80s in South Florida with a break in the rain showers.

We’re not done with the rain though, as a few showers were developing far southern Miami-Dade and into the Upper Keys.
They will stay south this morning but this afternoon, more storms will begin developing midday and become widespread by the middle of the afternoon.

Widespread heavy rain is expected and standing water from the heavy rain is also anticipated with the heavy rainfall rates. Rain could linger into the early evening hours.
Highs Monday before the storms look to reach near 92 degrees.
The unsettled and wet forecast is going to continue each day with afternoon downpours this week. Highs remain near seasonable, which is 90 degrees, or just above each day. Feel-like conditions with all the humidity around will still be in the low 100s but the storms in the forecast will help break up some of the heat, briefly.
