An investigation is underway in North Miami after a hit-and-run crash sent one person to the hospital on Sunday, police said.

According to the North Miami Police, at around 1:30 p.m., officers arrived at a Walgreens at 567th NE 125th Street after receiving reports of a hit-and-run.

Police said that the person was struck by a vehicle outside the Walgreens.
The person was then taken to the hospital.
No arrests were made.
On Saturday, a woman was arrested after being accused of a fatal hit-and-run in Dania Beach.
