According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the incident was originally documented by Pembroke Pines Police on Nov. 1, 2025.

An arrest report said the victim met Goldbourne through mutual friends, and the two started to text each other.

On Nov. 12, the victim texted Goldbourne if they could hang out together, and he agreed and picked her up from the Children’s Harbor, a foster home in Pembroke Pines, the report said.

After picking up the victim, the report said, Goldbourne took her to his home in Miami, and he engaged in non-consensual sex with the victim several times. He then took the victim back to the foster home.

Six days after they met, the victim told Pembroke Pines Police what happened, and on Nov. 25, they received a sworn statement of the allegations, the report said.

During the investigation, the report said, detectives on Nov. 18 were told by a member of the Children’s Harbor that Goldbourne was talking to another juvenile at the foster home and had plans to meet her.

When he arrived, detectives met and interviewed him, and it was determined that a crime was committed, the report said.

Since the alleged crime happened in Miami, MDSO was then involved in the case, and months after the incident, Goldbourne was arrested.
