Gregory DaSilva, 26, was arrested on two counts of premeditated murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Broward jail records showed.
DaSilva appeared before a judge on Wednesday who ordered him held without bond.
Lauderhill Police said they were initially alerted by a person who said a man had tried to attack him with a knife.
An officer found a man matching the description, who fled on foot in a neighborhood near the 1700 block of Northwest 55th Avenue, police said.
A perimeter was set up and a short time later, police received a 911 call from a passerby who said a man was lying on the ground suffering from apparent stab wounds.
While searching the area, officers found a second man suffering from apparent stab wounds.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was rushed to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, police said.
With the help of the Broward Sheriff’s Office and Sunrise Police, officers found the suspect and took him into custody, officials said.
Aerial images from Chopper 6 showed yellow crime scene tape closing off areas of an apartment complex on Northwest 19th Street where police said the two men were stabbed.
Video also showed the suspect after he was taken into custody.
Authorities haven’t released the identities of the victims or said what led to the double stabbing.
“This is an extremely tragic incident and our sympathy and condolences go to the family,” Lauderhill Police Lt. Antonio Gonzalez said.
