A man was taken into custody after another man was found stabbed in southwest Miami-Dade early Thursday, authorities said.

Deputies had responded to reports of a stabbing in the area of Southwest 114th Avenue and Southwest 216th Street around 3:40 a.m., Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said.
When they arrived they found a man with apparent stab wounds, who was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Deputies searched the area and took a man into custody and recovered the weapon, officials said.
Authorities haven’t released any other details including the identities of the men or what may have led to the stabbing.
