Anthony Gonzalez, 38, was arrested Sunday on three counts of indecent exposure – second or subsequent offense, Miami-Dade jail records showed.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said on several occasions, he approached different victims, exposed himself, and masturbated before fleeing the scene on an electric scooter.
During Gonzalez’s appearance in bond court on Monday, it was learned the charges stem from three separate incidents that happened April 25, April 28, and May 1.
The prosecutor also said he has an open misdemeanor case for indecent exposure and prior arrests for the same offense, but a public defender said the charges were dropped in the previous cases.

While the prosecutor asked for an elevated bond of $5,000 on each count plus house arrest, the public defender said Gonzalez is homeless and lives off his Social Security disability income and wouldn’t be able to pay that amount.
Judge Maria Espinosa Dennis agreed with the prosecutor.
“He’s got three open cases occurring within a span of less than a month, one of which in the wee hours of the morning, he’s also pending trial on another case and the court is very concerned about the safety of this community and the pattern that the court sees so I’m elevating the bond,” the judge said.
The sheriff’s office said they believe there could be more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 305-383-6915.
