Sult President, 47, was arrested Wednesday on charges including vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, DUI with property damage and reckless driving, Broward jail records showed.

The crash happened just before 3:30 a.m. on April 11 on Sample Road near the Florida’s Turnpike.

Authorities said the victim, Nicholas Addis, was traveling in a 2025 gray Hyundai Tucson westbound on West Sample Road when he was hit head-on by President, who was going the wrong way behind the wheel of a 2006 gray Nissan Pathfinder.

Cameras from a passing car showed the Pathfinder going the wrong way on the road just before the collision, narrowly missing another vehicle.

Addis, the stepson of former Coral Springs Mayor Vincent Boccard, was pronounced dead at the scene.

President was also injured and hospitalized before he was arrested and booked into jail.

During his appearance in bond court Thursday, a prosecutor said President’s blood alcohol level less than an hour after the crash came back at three times Florida’s legal limit of .08.

The judge set his bond at $210,000, along with a GPS monitor with remote alcohol detector, and ordered him not to have drugs or alcohol and not to drive.
