A man who was accused of sex crimes against two young girls was arrested for a third time this month for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl in Hialeah, police said.

Carlos Jean, 38, now faces charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 years old and battery, according to police records.
The alleged crime happened back in April in Hialeah when the victim was left inside a car with Jean, a friend of her father, an arrest report stated.
The victim told detectives that Jean asked to touch her, and she replied no, the report said. Jean still proceeded to touch her private areas over her clothing.
Jean stopped touching the victim as soon as her father came back to the car, the victim told detectives.

She proceeded to tell her stepmother what had happened, and the stepmother then informed her father, the report said.
Jean was located and placed into custody on Thursday.
Earlier this month, Jean was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and battery after he allegedly approached a 12-year-old girl on her way to school. Police said he touched her over her pants and gave her his phone number.
Jean was arrested again shortly after a student identified him on the news and told police that Jean followed her in his vehicle while masturbating back in March. He was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child under 16 years old in that case.

Jean remains in jail as of Friday afternoon.
