The six most recent arrests were made in Doral and northeast Miami-Dade. Last week, 13 suspects were arrested in spots along Bird Road, Kendall Drive and Coral Way.

In most cases, investigators say the women allegedly touched the undercover officer inappropriately during the massage and offered prices for sexual acts.
