Two adults were taken to local hospitals for treatment, officials said.
One man who didn’t want to be identified said he witnessed the crash.
“I’m driving, he went around me and I heard a [clap] and seen the car flip. I saw him land over there,” the man said. “I was in front it and saw some lights coming real fast. That’s when I hurried up and sped up and he went around me and hit the car right next to me.”
Although the crash happened in Miami Gardens, Miramar Police said they’re also investigating.
