Bodycam video shared by the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office on Wednesday shows police responding to the home of a Miami Beach charter boat business owner accused of sex trafficking teenagers.<\/p>\n

Kutay Satiroglu, 45, was arrested on Nov. 12, 2025, initially on charges of human trafficking, lewd and lascivious battery on a child, and contributing to the delinquency of a child, Miami-Dade jail records showed.<\/p>\n

According to an arrest report, Miami Beach Police officers began their investigation after the teen’s mother said she received a call from her older daughter stating that the victim was at Satiroglu’s house being held against her will and physically and sexually abused.<\/p>\n

The teen later told investigators she met Satiroglu at a nightclub in April and at first told him she was 21 but by the end of the night confessed that she was only 17, the report said.<\/p>\n

Satiroglu is the owner of a charter boat business and offered her a job as a boat steward, and the two began a sexual relationship, the report said. The victim moved into his apartment and then later his boat. <\/p>\n

While they were in a relationship, the teen said Satiroglu would have her engage in sex with his friends in exchange for money, charging anywhere between $200-$800 per meeting, the report said.<\/p>\n

Satiroglu also gave her drugs during the sessions and whenever they would throw parties, and would also force her to call her girlfriends to come over and have sex with him, and if she didn’t comply, he would “discipline her by physically harming her,” the report said.<\/p>\n

She said that two days earlier they’d been involved in a physical altercation, and that there were two other females in the yacht who did sex work on his yacht charters, the report said.<\/p>\n

The arrest report states that when officers made contact with Satiroglu, he told them that the victim “was intoxicated and he called her mother to come pick her up.”<\/p>\n

The almost eight minutes of footage provided by the state attorney’s office of Satiroglu’s exchange with officers is heavily redacted.<\/p>\n

It shows police arriving to the residence and talking to Satiroglu, who says he lives there. They ask him if he “knows this lady,” who is blurred in the video and is walked away by another officer. Satiroglu replies that he does. Then, the audio is removed. <\/p>\n

Minutes later, authorities can be heard asking Satiroglu if he owns a firearm and where it’s located. He replies that he does, that it’s locked in a safe and no one but him has access. <\/p>\n

The audio cuts out again, and the bodycam is obscured. When the audio returns, officers can be heard asking Satiroglu again if he lives in the house. <\/p>\n

“I used to live here. So the house is under construction right now. So while there’s construction, I still have the docks, and from time to time I’m staying on the boat,” he says. <\/p>\n

The audio cuts out for a third time. When it returns, the camera is unobscured, and an officer tells Satiroglu: “Alright, well, we’re gonna wait for him to get the mom’s side of the story, because you called, and then the mom called us, too.”<\/p>\n

Another alleged victim comes forward<\/h2>\n

After Satiroglu’s initial arrest, he was charged with an additional count of human trafficking as well as a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor related to another victim. <\/p>\n

That victim said she met Satiroglu when she was 17, through a mutual friend in April of 2021. She said she moved in with him at his apartment on Collins Avenue where three other females were living along with his wife and two small children.<\/p>\n

They began a sexual relationship, and she was introduced to the “yacht party scene” by Satiroglu, the report said.<\/p>\n

She said she was forced to attend the parties and forced to take drugs including Tusi, cocaine and ketamine, and was coerced to have sex with several of Satiroglu’s friends and partygoers, the report said.<\/p>\n

“The other females including the victim were considered as a party favor for the night and expected to have sex with these men and considered as part of the entertainment,” the report said. “The victim was often introduced to several men by the defendant where she then had sexual relations with them. On some occasions, the victim attempted several distraction methods to avoid having sex but often she was unsuccessful.”<\/p>\n

Satiroglu is still being held without bond and is also on an immigration hold, according to jail records. <\/p>\n
