Fertitta, and head to Houston, Texas, for the 2027 season. <\/p>\n<p>During the upcoming season, the Sun will host two regular-season games at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford and return to Boston for a matchup at TD Garden, while the Mohegan Sun Arena will remain the team&#8217;s home for 2026. <\/p>\n<p>This will end a 23-year run by the team in New England after the Mohegan Tribe bought the team and moved them to Uncasville from Orlando in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/jacksonvillemovingnews.com\/?p=321\">Trump calls Iran\u2019s response to U.S. peace proposal \u2018totally unacceptable\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Houston was one of the groups that expressed interest in buying the team last year, eventually raising its bid to $250 million \u2014 the amount that Cleveland, Detroit, and Philadelphia paid for expansion fees.
