She said she still has bullet fragments in her head.<\/p>\n<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA father and his 11-year-old daughter spoke out for the first time after they were shot while sitting in a\u00a0McDonald&#8217;s in Hallandale Beach. NBC6&#8217;s Niko Clemmons reports\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>Her father, Oscar, was shot in the hip. The pair had been sitting inside an SUV in the McDonald&#8217;s parking lot with two other children while the girl&#8217;s mother was inside the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators said they were not the intended targets.<\/p>\n<p>Hallandale Beach police arrested 18-year-old Ralph N-Kosi Blue III in connection with the shooting.
