South Florida was kicking off the holiday weekend with a rain-free Friday morning, but the afternoon will be a different story.<\/p>\n

Expect scattered showers and storms with the potential for some spotty flooding. Storms should taper off by the evening.<\/p>\n

Look for a similar forecast right through the weekend with the storms favoring each afternoon.<\/p>\n

Highs will stay locked into the low-90s with humidity – pretty close to where we should be for this time of the year.<\/p>\n

Scattered storms will remain as we kickoff next week but we will see more and more haze in the skies and lower rain chances Tuesday through Friday.<\/p>\n
