The man, Jorge Garcia, was arrested over the weekend on charges including operating a vehicle over 100 mph, refusal to submit to DUI testing, and DUI with a person under 18 in the vehicle, Lee County Sheriff’s Office officials said.

Video released by the sheriff’s office on Tuesday showed a deputy stopping Garcia after he was clocked going 102 mph on Saturday evening, officials said.

“Step out of the car,” an officer tells Garcia in the video.

“My daughter’s back there,” he responds.

“Yeah, that’s even worse,” the officers says.

Sheriff’s office officials said the 3-year-old wasn’t properly restrained in the vehicle.

“102 miles an hour in a 55 with a 3-year-old in the back of your car who’s not seat belted,” the shocked officer says.

Officials said Garcia said he’d been at a pool party where he’d had a few drinks.

“You’re worried about her being good now but you weren’t worried when you were doing 102, were you?” the officer tells him in the video.
