A Miami man is facing battery charges after an argument in the parking lot of a Walmart turned physical, authorities said.

Samael Mike Antoine, 37, was arrested Monday on one count of battery and two counts of battery on a person 65 or older, an arrest report said.
The alleged incident happened outside the Walmart at 1425 Northeast 163rd Street in North Miami Beach.
According to the report, two victims said they were entering the parking lot in their vehicle when Antoine walked in front of them.

They said Antoine followed them and started to argue with them and it turned physical with Antoine pushing them, the report said.
The third alleged victim said he saw Antoine pushing two people in the parking lot so he intervened and was also pushed by Antoine, the report said.
An officer who was working off-duty at the Walmart responded and arrested Antoine, who was booked into jail, the report said.
