According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, marine patrol deputies arrived at No Name Harbor after receiving a report of a possible drowning
Deputies said that a man was snorkeling when he was found unresponsive in the water.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue also arrived at the harbor and airlifted the man to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
