Investigators obtained security footage from Aug. 19 that showed Torres, a security officer employed by a contractor, putting the victim’s money in a log book, the report said.

The footage then showed Torres concealing the money in his jacket and later placing it in the pocket of his pants, the report said.

Torres never advised a supervisor of the money belonging to the victim and it was never logged in the property book, the report said.
