Bailey and Karina Manderson, both 35, were arrested on charges of exposure of sexual organs in the incident that happened on July 27 at Round 1 in the mall, an arrest report said.
According to the report, a witness who said she served them two shots each said she saw Bailey and Manderson having sex and asked them to stop.
The witness said Bailey pulled his pants up and the two slowly removed themselves from the bar, the report said.
Officers responded and detained Bailey and Manderson, and the manager provided surveillance footage of them having sex at the bar, the report said.

Bailey admitted they both had their pants down and that he was exposed but said they weren’t having sex, and blamed his actions on being intoxicated, the report said.
Manderson said she didn’t recall the incident but admitted to drinking too much alcohol, the report said.
Both were booked into jail. Attorney information wasn’t available.
Bailey, a wide receiver originally from Miramar, was a standout player at Miramar High School. He played college football at West Virginia before he was drafted by the then St. Louis Rams in 2013.
