Courtney Clenney claimed she killed her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, in self-defense during an argument in their Edgewater condo back in April 2022.

Miami-Dade prosecutors believed Obumseli was a victim of domestic violence in an “extremely tempestuous and combative relationship.”

Clenney’s lawyers told NBC6 the terms of the agreement are not final until accepted by the court.
