Natasha Ethel Bagley, 49, is facing charges including carjacking, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery, grand theft, and criminal mischief in the alleged incident that happened on June 2 at the Sleep Inn hotel at 105 Fairway Drive.
According to an arrest report, the Uber driver said he brought Bagley to the hotel before she became irate towards him and began making verbal threats.
He said she got out and started kicking the rear passenger door and forcibly removed the door’s weather seal, and when he got out to try to stop her, she grabbed his metal water bottle and started swinging it at his head, the report said.
Bagley was able to get in the driver’s seat and started removing the turn signal and windshield wiper levers, before she slammed the driver’s door on Aguero’s arm as he tried to stop her, the report said.
