A man was taken to the hospital on Sunday after he was shot in Lauderhill, police said.

According to Lauderhill Police, officers arrived at 4160 NW 21st St. after receiving reports of a shooting.
Once at the scene, officers searched for a possible victim, but they couldn’t find one.

Officers were then told that a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds had arrived at Florida Medical Center.

He was then transported to the Broward Health Medical Center.
His identity and condition were not released.
An investigation into the shooting is underway.
