A Miami Police officer was taken to the hospital on Sunday after their vehicle was struck in Little Havana, authorities said.

According to Miami Police, at around 3:20 a.m., an officer was responding to a call and was T-boned by another vehicle.
Video captured the officer’s cruiser damaged near Southwest Seventh Street and 12th Avenue.

A man told NBC6 that he called 911 when he heard the crash.
The officer was taken to Jackson Memorial Ryder Trauma by Miami Fire Rescue.
Police said the officer possibly had multiple fractures, but was conscious and is in stable condition.

It’s unclear if the driver who struck the officer’s cruiser was arrested.
