As celebrations continue throughout South Florida during Caribbean American Heritage Month, Grammy-award-winning reggae artist Buju Banton is set to perform in Tamarac.

The 2026 Yard on the Lawn Music Festival will take place on Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Tamarac Sport Complex.
Attendees will be able to park at the Faith Center at 5555 NW 95th Ave.
Tickets to the event have sold out.
The festival was founded and curated by Vice Mayor Marlon D. Bolton.

What is Caribbean American Heritage Month
Caribbean American Heritage Month is celebrated in June and was established in 2006 after congressional action and a presidential proclamation by George W. Bush recognizing the culture, heritage, and contributions of people with Caribbean ancestry.
