According to ICE, on April 14, there was a multi-agency operation involving ICE, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol that resulted in the arrest of Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla.
ICE said that Peralta-Sevilla is a Honduran national who entered the U.S. illegally in 2013 and is a MS-13 gang member who has been living in Palm Beach County.
Video from the April takedown shows law enforcement pulling over a truck. An agent then yells for the driver to put his hands out the window.
Peralta-Sevilla was then seen getting out of the car, putting his hand in the air, and walking backwards until he was pulled to the floor and arrested.

A U.S. Department of Justice immigration judge then granted him bond, and he remained in the U.S. pending his removal proceedings.
